Rich is a fantastic photographer. Not only are his pictures great, but he is also super accommodating. Months after he took photos of our shopping center, Portobello Square, we needed one of the photos edited. He took care of it right away without any additional cost. Going forward, Rich is my guy.

I had the pleasure of working with Rich on my two oldest daughter's senior photo shoots in Minneapolis. After looking at hundreds of photos taken of seniors in the area, I spoke to Rich about my vision for each of the shoots. My hope was to capture the most important things about each of my girls in a series of photos highlighting our city, the lakes and gardens around Minneapolis. Rich asked great questions, listened to my crazy ideas of bringing props (like a cello, viola, basketball, stack of favorite books) and integrating them into the cityscape backdrops. Rich was patient, kind, used humor to help us all relax and stepped outside of the usual to capture each unique personality of my daughters. My favorite pics were those that we not scripted but inspired by Rich's creativity. Rich knew exactly how to encourage each one to move naturally and often which allowed him to take photos that were a genuine reflection of their spirit. His use of a variety of discs to capture light and reflect a beautiful glow on their faces gave greater depth and warmth to their portfolios. Our photos ranged from sitting in a rowboat on Lake Harriet to playing the cello with the brick Scmitt Music wall in downtown as the backdrop. Nothing was beyond ask or reach for Rich. Even in the midst of spotty rain during our shoot, Rich didn't stop. He allowed each girl to change wardrobes through the shoot, protected their curled locks from wind and rain with an umbrella he brought along and kept a spirit of calm and confidence as he worked with all of us. My next project with him includes staff and clinic photography at my two offices in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The experience of working with Rich and the end product are of the highest standards of professionalism, creativity and excellence. I enthusiastically recommend Rich and will continue to refer him to great clients who will benefit from his gifts.
