Welcome to richard alan photography.

My passion for photography is driven by a deep appreciation for architecture. During my extensive travels across every state in the US, as well as Europe, Asia, and Central America, I found myself consistently captivated by buildings – drawn to document angles, lines and character. This perspective has shaped my focus: translating the work of talented designers into clean, professional images.

Based in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area and traveling extensively, I specialize in commercial and residential photography for architects, interior designers and builders. Whether capturing a sleek corporate headquarters or a private waterfront residence, my approach centers on highlighting the design features that make each project unique.

To offer my clients a complete perspective of their projects, I also provide Licensed Aerial Drone Photography. As an FAA Part 107 certified UAV pilot, I capture aerial views and document construction progress over time.
